Privacy notice
This notice explains what la entrada collects when you buy a ticket, why, and how long it is kept.
Who we are
la entrada, a ticket resale service run in partnership with Loca, the event organiser. Trader: [to be set]. Contact: [to be set]. Address: .
What we collect, and why
- Your email, to send your receipt and to help you recover a ticket. Lawful basis: performing our contract with you.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- A device IP and browser string at the moment you reveal a ticket, stored only as a one-way hash, to prevent fraud and abuse. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
- Anonymous counts of page views and purchases, with no identifier, so we can see how the site is used.
- A referral marker. If you arrive through a promoter's link (for example /leo), your browser keeps that promoter's name for 30 days, in a cookie and local storage, so they get credit for the sale. It holds nothing about you.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), Neon (database) and Vercel (hosting) process this data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We delete your email, and the reveal IP hash and browser string, 30 days after the event. We keep anonymous order amounts and timestamps for our accounts.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, using the contact above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
