Every ticket goes to exactly one buyer. If your link was already used or cancelled before you revealed it, you get a full refund straight away. Changed your mind before revealing? Refund yourself in one tap.
Ticket terms
- Each ticket is one entry, delivered as its own single-use Fixr transfer link. Up to 4 per order.
- Before you tap Reveal, and within 15 minutes of paying, you can refund the whole order yourself.
- Once revealed, the sale is final. If a link was already claimed or cancelled before your reveal time, we refund that ticket in full.
- If fewer tickets are left than you paid for, you get the ones left and an automatic refund of £12 for each missing ticket.
- The first person to accept a link gets the ticket, so do not share your link or its QR code.
- Entry is subject to the venue's own rules on the night (ID, age, dress code, capacity).

How fast do I get my ticket?
About a second. The moment Stripe confirms your payment, the page shows your link and QR code.
Do I need a Fixr account?
Yes, the ticket moves into your Fixr account when you accept the link. It takes a minute to sign up if you do not have one.
Can I screenshot the QR for the door?
No need. The QR on this page opens your transfer link. Once you accept it, your ticket lives in your own Fixr app, and that is what the door scans.
Can I pay later?
Yes, Klarna is available at checkout.
Can I buy for my friends?
Yes, up to 4 tickets per order. Each ticket gets its own link, so you can forward one to each friend.
